Janelle Tollman also asked her mother, Mrs. Tollman said, "You seemed a bit strange for a while. I felt like you were in love, so I asked you, but you didn’t admit it. I thought you’d grown up and had your sense of discretion. Janelle paused for a moment and asked, "Did anyone visit me while I was hospitalized?"

Mrs. Tollman shook her head, "No guys came by, just Mel who returned home at the end of last year and visited you at the hospital."

Janelle felt she probably got involved with a jerk back then, otherwise, why didn’t he ever visit her after the incident?
