Chapter 395: A Lesson for the Centaurs
Chapter 395: A Lesson for the Centaurs
Sainz sneered in his heart. These centaurs were so brainless that they didn't even understand that a wise man should not suffer a loss in front of him. Dumbledore was giving them too much face.
He agreed with something Umbridge said. The reason these centaurs could live here was not because they were so powerful, but because the Ministry of Magic allowed them to occupy some land.
These guys can act so arrogantly here because Hogwarts is here.
Some people are like this. After living in someone else's house for a long time, they become crazy and think that the house is theirs.
Hagrid said more than once that the centaurs had turned against him since he stopped them from kicking Firenze to death. They said the Forbidden Forest belonged to them and forbade Hagrid to enter.
That time when he took Sainz to find Grawp, he took many detours along the way just to avoid the centaurs.
Hagrid had some friendship with them and didn't want to fall out with them, but Sai had no friendship with them at all.
Looking at the centaur rushing over, Sainz sneered in his heart. It was indeed not easy to kill him in front of Hermione and the others, but a little punishment would be okay.
It's really nonsense. When he had a bow and arrow in his hand, he was not afraid of anyone. But now he is unarmed, what's the point of shouting loudly?
He waved his wand and a tall stone wall rose up, enclosing Harry and the other man.
The magic wand moved again, and hundreds of deep and straight horse-traps appeared on the ground.
Hopefully they have enough herbs to heal broken bones.
What do horses running at high speed on the grassland fear the most? The inconspicuous rat hole. Once they step into it, they will inevitably break a leg.
By the time the centaurs discovered the small hole in the ground, it was too late. Crack, crack!
what!what!
They should be thankful that Sai did not wait until they gained speed before setting the trap. If so, it might not be as simple as breaking one or two legs, but they might very well lose their lives.
Harry and the other man were anxious inside the stone wall, "What happened, what happened!"
Hermione called out worriedly, "Saenz, are you okay?"
Sainz thought to himself, "Not bad, I can still tell the inside from the outside."
"I'm fine, but the same cannot be said about those centaurs."
After the stone wall was lowered, Harry and the others saw horses lying on the ground, wailing. Hermione covered her mouth in shock, "They...they..."
"They got what they deserved," Sainz took over the conversation and said to the centaurs in the back who were also stunned by the situation in front of them: "Fortunately, there are still some centaurs who can think clearly. Take these guys away. I still say that if I were you, I would stay away from the castle."
Some of the centaurs pawed the ground angrily, but none of them was brave enough to rush forward and get beaten.
Those who were lying on the ground with their legs broken had learned their lesson this time and stopped arguing. They probably realized what Sai said, "Not all wizards are as easy to talk to as Dumbledore."
The uninjured centaurs silently helped their companion with a broken leg to his feet and retreated with difficulty.
Sainz waved his hand to restore the terrain, and said to their backs: "I heard that the centaurs are very good at astrology. Perhaps you have received some revelations from the stars and know that the wizarding world has begun to be turbulent.
Perhaps this has given you some illusions... I can tell you clearly that you should either stay away or think carefully about your position. If you want to take advantage of others, you'd better consider whether you have the strength to do so!"
"Thank you, Sainz," Harry said. "You saved me again."
"Alright," Sainz tapped his wand and cleared the dirt and weeds off the two men. "Let's go back to school. Don't wait any longer. I think the centaurs may want to spend a few days with the principal."
Harry hesitated for a moment, and it was obvious that he didn't seem to want to go back to the castle.
As he was hesitating, he suddenly covered his head and screamed, "Harry!" Hermione supported him nervously.
"Good idea!" Harry suddenly said to Hermione angrily, "Your good idea, our wands were confiscated by those investigation teams, and we are in the Forbidden Forest, what should we do?"
Hermione's voice was as small as a mosquito, "We need to get back to the castle, or get help."
"Help?" Harry looked at Sainz.
"What are you still dawdling about?" Sainz pretended not to notice Harry's gaze. "It's already dark, it's time to go back to the castle. Don't make things difficult for me. Maybe I should deduct 100 points from you?"
"No!" said Hermione anxiously, "We have other things to do, very important things!"
"What is it that requires you to stay in the Forbidden Forest?" Sainz walked back. "To be honest, I didn't deduct points from you because there was a reason for it."
Harry and the other man quickly followed Sainz and walked back. To prevent them from following the Centaurs' path, Sainz raised a "flare" into the sky.
After walking back for a while, four more people came from the direction of the castle. "Mr. and Miss Weasley, Miss Lovegood, and Mr. Longbottom, can you explain why you appeared in the Forbidden Forest? Otherwise, I don't know why I should not deduct 50 points from each of you."
Hearing Sainz's words, several people's faces began to turn pale. There were a total of five Gryffindors present. If 50 points were deducted from each of them, they would become famous throughout the school.
"Sai..." Ron explained quickly, "Professor Autumn, Harry and Hermione's wands were left in the castle. Without their wands, they will be in great danger in the Forbidden Forest. I...we are here to give them wands."
"Well," Sainz pretended to ponder for a moment, "worrying about classmates is a legitimate reason. Well, give them the wands and go back quickly."
Ron took out Harry and the other's wands and gave them to them. Sainz supervised them as they walked back, ignoring their little actions.
After walking for a while, Harry suddenly stopped, "Saens!"
"Ready to tell?"
"You guessed we had something else?"
Hermione gently pulled his clothes and said, "There is a big loophole in our story. We can't hide it from Sainz."
"Don't stop, keep going back. You can talk as you go. Tell me why you entered Umbridge's office."
"Sainth, please believe me," Harry said anxiously, "I dreamed that Sirius was in danger."
"dream?"
Ron helped him explain, "You should believe him. His dreams are very accurate. My dad was injured that time. If it weren't for Harry...he had the dream, my dad would have been able to save him in time."
“That’s pretty accurate.”
"Sainth, you know that Sirius has never been Vol... not the helper of the mysterious man, but the magic framed him for helping the Death Eaters escape from prison and wanted him." Harry said angrily, "Umbridge monitored all the fireplaces in Hogwarts, I dreamed that he was in danger..."
"So I wanted to contact and confirm through Umbridge's fireplace."
"Yes," said Hermione, "but that was a trap set by Umbridge, she knew Harry would use her fireplace.
You know what happened next. We were caught, and in order to keep Sirius from telling her, I lied to her and said we were trying to contact Dumbledore."
"So, are you sure?" Sainz kept walking. "Did you confirm your dream?"
