Chapter 302 Project 1 (2)
Chapter 302 Project 1 (2)
Hagrid called out, "How are you, Hermione?"
Hermione was startled and looked up to see several people, "Hello Hagrid, hello Professor Moody, hello Sainz, I'm sorry I didn't notice you just now."
Moody limped around to the side of the table and put one hand on it.
"Professor Moody," Hermione asked pleasantly, "are you reading SPEW? Are you interested in it?"
Hermione obviously misunderstood, and Moody said perfunctorily, "Very good, Miss Granger, I'll learn more about it when I have time later." He leaned over and whispered to the air beside Hermione, "The invisibility cloak is really good, Potter."
Moody's words seemed to surprise Harry inside. "It's rare that you can - I mean your eyes -"
"Yes, it can see through the Invisibility Cloak," Moody whispered. "I tell you, it's quite useful sometimes. It's helped me a lot."
Hagrid smiled down at where Moody pointed, as if he could see through invisibility, and leaned down and pretended to read Hermione's notebook. "Harry, meet me in my cabin at twelve o'clock tonight. Remember to put on the invisibility cloak."
Then he stood up and said loudly, "Nice to meet you Hermione," and winked.
Sainz couldn't bear to watch his actions, which he thought were secret. With this level of skill, if he were put in a spy drama, he would definitely be exposed as soon as he appeared on the stage.
Perhaps Moody had been feeling uncomfortable being stared at by the landlady, for after talking to Harry, he left straight away, and Hagrid followed him out with his big wine glass in his hand.
Sainz sat down at the table, "Harry, running away won't solve the problem."
"I can't do it, Sainz, I'm not as fearless as you."
“The more you care, the more people know it’s a weakness, and they get frustrated when you don’t give a shit about what they do.
If you don't want to see them, why go among them?"
Harry paused under the invisibility cloak, "I came here to wait for someone, and it has nothing to do with them." Then he seemed to have just realized it and asked in surprise, "Hagrid just told me to go find him at night, but why?"
Hermione was also surprised. She probably didn't hear what Hagrid said just now. "Really? I don't understand what he's doing."
"It should be for the first event of the Triwizard Tournament," Sainz said nonchalantly, "I think it's a good idea for you to go there in the evening. There will be a surprise."
"That's cheating," Hermione exclaimed in a low voice. "How could he leak the questions to Harry like that?"
"Don't be so naive Hermione, we can make a bet that Harry will not be the only one going to Hagrid's place tonight."
"Who else?" Hermione asked puzzled. "You mean Hagrid will tell Cedric too?"
"The Triwizard Tournament isn't just for Hogwarts warriors."
"Are you trying to say that the other two warriors will also peek at the questions?
But how did they know the question was with Hagrid?"
"Of course they couldn't have known that the questions were with Hagrid. It's no problem for the Ministry of Magic to hide their actions from a few students, but it's impossible to hide them from several headmasters. If they don't have this ability, how can they talk about being the strongest of the top three?"
"Impossible," Hermione said disapprovingly, "You mean the headmasters of the other two schools would take the lead in cheating. This shouldn't be the case."
"Nothing is wrong. This competition is called the Triwizard Tournament, not the Three-Man Tournament. It involves three schools, not just a few warriors representing the schools. It's understandable that their principals collect some information about the competition for their warriors," Sainz said softly. "After all, not everyone is Dumbledore."
"It's unbelievable~" Hermione said she would never believe that the headmasters would take the lead in cheating.
Sainz decided to remove her filter, "Have you noticed that the headmaster of Beauxbatons has been meeting with Hagrid quite often lately?"
"Everyone's saying they're dating," Harry said from beneath the cloak.
"Date?" Sainz chuckled.
"Isn't it?" Hermione seemed to realize what Sainz wanted to express.
"You have seen Ms. Maxime," Sainz asked, "what do you think of her appearance?"
"Although she is a little too tall, she is very good-looking."
"Yeah, so what do you think Hagrid looks like?"
"Uh..." Harry and Hermione said nothing.
"So, what did Madam Maxime go out with Hagrid for, because he didn't take baths or because of his moleskin coat?"
Harry said hesitantly, "You're saying that Madam Maxime is deliberately approaching Hagrid for the topic of the Tournament?"
Sainz suppressed the sweetness and drank the butter beer in his hand. "It's not easy to tell whether it's true or not. We'll know when we go and take a look tonight."
Hermione disagreed, "Harry, I don't think you should go. What if Sainz guessed wrong?"
"Yes, Harry, think about it. Just like Hermione said, what if I'm wrong?" Sainz said to Harry, and then said to Hermione, "What I just said was just my guess. What if I'm wrong? What if Hagrid is looking for Harry for other things?"
"Saienz is right. Maybe Hagrid wants to talk to me about something else?"
"But, I think it's probably because of the competition!"
"Hermione, I personally admire the spirit of fairness you insist on, although I think you are a little naive," Sainz said, "You will suffer if you are so naive. How about this? If Hagrid really wants to reveal the topic of the competition to Harry, and the principals of the other two schools don't come to eavesdrop, then at worst, Harry can reveal the topic to them. That way, everyone will be fair again."
After he finished speaking, he had no interest in chatting with the two anymore, so he stood up and left. The twins had already gone somewhere, and only Ron and his roommates were left at the table.
Sainz was not familiar with them, so he nodded slightly and walked out the door.
"Hello, Assistant Coach Autumn."
"Hello, Miss Lovegood, Miss Weasley."
"Hello, Assistant Coach Autumn."
"Don't be so polite, just call me Autumn. Your brother and I are good friends."
"Yeah, I've never seen them praise someone so much," Ginny said with a smile.
"That's great. They never praised me to my face," Sainz said, pretending to hear the interesting news. "I can laugh at them for two years about this."
"Why two years?" Luna asked absentmindedly.
"Because in two years they will graduate, and then they will no longer be students and can refute me."
"Ha ha……"
"Cuckoo..."
"Hey, Sainz, what are you talking about?" The twins appeared in the distance.
"Oh! Your little sister said you admire me very much!"
"Ugh! Absolutely not!" George yelled in embarrassment.
"Anyway, I can talk to you about this for two years!"
Fred said in despair, "Ahhhh, please, what do you want to end it with? Just tell me the price!"
Sainz ignored them and turned around and said, "Goodbye, ladies."
"Goodbye, Assistant Coach Autumn!" x2
