Esther's body was so petite, yet beneath that petite body lay a broken heart.

Recalling the girl in his dream, Luo Ya couldn't help but feel pity for her, and at the same time, he regretted his earlier teasing.

Although Esther usually seems fine, she will naturally panic when it comes to what is most important to her.

Although Esther has lived for over a thousand years, her emotions are like those of a child.

She is not Restia; she is just a child who has not yet grown up.

After figuring everything out, Roya picked up the girl. The girl was very light, and her small body seemed to tremble slightly because of Roya's sudden action.

Roya reached out and stroked Esther's silver-white hair, then walked towards the street in the distance, smiling at Esther, "Let's go, I'll take you to eat something delicious."

Going shopping with a girl often means that a whole day has passed just like that.

Unlike other little girls, Esther was only interested in food, and her mouth never stopped moving the whole way.

As Esther chewed her food in small bites, her eyes sparkled, and Roya could feel the girl's joy.

The girl's sadness was like a bubble; it would dissipate with the wind.

Holding Esther's hand and taking her to enjoy delicious food, Roya felt a long-lost sense of comfort.

What the future holds, what will happen later, is up to his future self. Right now, he just wants to relax.

Relaxation was impossible; the bell rang, signaling the end of get out of class, and a group of students walked noisily from afar.

Luo Ya had no classes or teachers, which allowed him to quietly enjoy peaceful moments.

But it was already break time, and the students, exhausted from a long day, huddled together, chatting amongst themselves, as they walked toward the street.

Among this group were a red-haired man and a blond man.

Roya's lips twitched. For some reason, he felt a headache coming on whenever he saw the red-haired man. Roya wanted to pretend he didn't know, but Claire glanced at Roya's location unintentionally, then suddenly raised her hand and waved at him, indicating where she was.

Roya sighed helplessly, took Esther's hand, and walked towards where Claire and Linslet were.

As they got closer, they could still hear the two bickering, which made Luo Ya feel helpless.

Upon seeing Roya's arrival, Claire excitedly said to him, "Hey, you! What happened to you all morning? I was looking for you at the academy for a while."

Roya asked in confusion, "Looking for me?"

Claire nodded and said, "The academy has arranged another team competition, which is tomorrow afternoon. I was planning to let you know."

Roya nodded knowingly, then Claire asked curiously, "I heard you were attacked in the library?"

Roya asked curiously, "Didn't you say you didn't know where I was? How do you know I was attacked?"

Claire looked at Roya with a strange expression and said, "I couldn't find you, but someone saw you, and then word spread about you. So, where is that person?"

Luo Ya shrugged and said, "He was just a clown. I knocked him out with a few punches."

Claire gave an "oh," showing little interest in the attacker, then excitedly asked, "Did you see what happened in the Elf Forest this morning?"

Roya was puzzled, but Claire excitedly explained, "You don't know, I happened to be standing in the corridor looking out at that moment, and in that instant, a powerful divine force swept through, and the Elf Forest was completely annihilated by a terrifying black divine force. All the trees in the middle disappeared. This even alarmed the headmaster."

Claire felt increasingly uneasy as she spoke, and then fell into deep thought. She looked up at Roya, her fiery red eyes flashing with curiosity: "Could it be that you did this?"

Chapter 221 The Daily Life of the Three (4k)

Roya vehemently denied it, saying, "I didn't, I didn't, don't get the wrong idea."

The classic three-part denial.

Claire looked surprised, but the surprise didn't last long before it turned into an expression of complete indifference.

She circled around Roya for a while, scrutinizing her, before finally shrugging and saying, "Well, if it were you, it wouldn't be so surprising."

Claire is usually a bit naive, but naive doesn't mean stupid. With a little thought, she can quickly guess that the only person most likely capable of doing something like this is Roja.

Claire asked curiously, "Who is this person who can fight you like that? Even the headmaster couldn't do that level of attack, right?"

"Well, just a fake Demon King and a powerful elf user. Oh, you'll find out soon enough."

Luo Ya didn't care, and the boy didn't take the matter to heart.

Esther, who was eating a pastry, shifted her gaze from Roya to the two men. After glancing at them, Esther fell into deep thought. The oblivious girl was jolted awake by the delicious pastry and realized that two more people had come to raid her home.

The girl gave him a wary look, then tugged at Roya's sleeve, signaling him to hurry up and leave.

Roya felt the girl tugging at his sleeve and knew what Esther was thinking. He smiled apologetically at the two of them and said, "I'm sorry, I made my elf angry just now. I'm going to play with her for a while, so please excuse me. Have fun."

After saying that, he took Esther and prepared to continue strolling around.

Watching Roya and Esther walk away hand in hand, Claire sighed, "They have such a good relationship. If Scarlett could be like Esther, that would be wonderful."

"Ha, you think you can compete with your stupid cat?"

Lindsay spoke up sarcastically.

Upon hearing this, Claire became furious and made a move to pounce, and the two began to wrestle again.

The maid beside her sighed and rubbed her forehead, but her gaze remained fixed on the two people in the distance.

"Well, you two have a really good relationship."

After accompanying Esther around the mall, Esther's emotions stabilized considerably, and everything seemed to have returned to normal, except that there was always a young girl by her side.

Esther's lips twitched as she looked at the girl in front of her and couldn't help but snap, "Hey, what are you doing here?"

Alice's dormitory, which was originally intended for two people, is now crammed with four.

Restia casually replied, "What's wrong? As my master's contracted spirit, isn't it my duty to accompany him?"

Restia leisurely held the tea in her bowl, her dark eyes flashing with an unreadable meaning.

Seeing the other party's appearance, Esther grabbed Roya's arm, her face showing a wary look, and said coldly, "Master is mine."

As if asserting sovereignty, she spoke these words to Restia in an icy tone.

Restia nodded, a smirk playing on her lips, and teased Esther, "Este, if you keep acting like this, you'll get disliked."

Esther looked at Restia with unwavering eyes, her cold expression revealing her dissatisfaction. Esther spoke again, "Master won't dislike me."

Restia laughed, stood up from her seat, and walked towards Esther's position. She leaned down to look at the girl below, reaching out to touch Esther's forehead, but Esther dodged her hand expressionlessly. At the same time, Esther looked at Restia with an extremely wary gaze and said, "Hey, what do you want to do? I'm warning you not to do anything unnecessary."

Despite being dodged by Esther, Restia showed no sign of discouragement, her face still bearing a faint smile.

Luo Ya stood aside, watching the two's actions.

It felt strangely funny, somewhat like a scene of an older sister bullying her younger sister.

Alice sat on the sofa, facing Roya. Seeing the scene, she couldn't help but ask, "I really don't know where you got your luck. Another top-ranking elf. Honestly, I've never seen so many elves like this in books."

Luo Ya smiled but didn't say anything more.

Roya had already explained Lestia's experiences to Alice, omitting some of the more sensitive details.

Meet, get to know each other, and then help each other.

The meeting part is omitted, and the part about getting to know each other is also very little. The so-called help from Roya is described as a commission.

Similar to a commission given to knights by a goddess.

Alice's fingers rubbed against the teacup, her gaze lingering on Roya and Restia. The girl hesitated before speaking, "More elves aren't necessarily better. You should be able to feel that now, right? That's the problem with contracting two elves."

Luo Ya picked up the cup of tea and took a small sip.

He added extra sugar to this bowl of tea. The sugar flavor was enough to mask the bitterness of the tea leaves. The bitterness entered the tip of the tongue, but it disappeared in an instant, followed by a rich tea aroma and a faint sweetness.

Alice frowned and continued, "There will be negative effects between contracted spirits. The key to a double contract lies in how to handle your two spirits."

At this point, Alice glanced at Esther and Restia again, seemingly without noticing.

The two were now embracing, or more accurately, Restia was reaching out and groping around, while Esther was desperately trying to prevent her from touching her.

Luo Ya put down his teacup, sighed, and said earnestly, "I will make them happy."

Alice remained noncommittal, then smiled and said, "You should tell them that, not me."

Luo Ya fell silent and said no more.

The two fell into a rare silence, with the sound of two elves playing behind them.

Time passed slowly, and outside the house, the bright moonlight shone, its hazy glow casting a veil of mist over the earth.

Roya stared blankly at the scenery outside the window. The white palace was brightly lit, and Roya was lost in thought.

Alice yawned and casually said to Roya, "I'm going to sleep. You should get some rest too."

He then got up and walked into the house.

Only three people remained in the living room.

Restia's lips curled into a smile as she released her right hand, which had been holding the girl. With a mocking smile, Restia said to Roya, "Then, I won't bother you any longer."

After saying this, he disappeared on the spot.

Roya sighed, but didn't say anything more, and led Esther into the room.

Esther was pleased that Restia hadn't interfered and tried to take a share of the pie; she still had Roya all to herself. But a great sense of urgency flashed through her mind.

A young girl's intuition is always sharp. She didn't believe that the other party would give up on him so easily. The other party was probably waiting for Roya to relax before suddenly striking and taking his master away from him.

Thinking of this, Esther leaned her whole body against Roya. After a moment's thought, she took off her clothes, leaving only a thin shirt. Roya didn't notice the girl's actions, as he was thinking about how to deal with the berserk Elf King. Before he knew it, Esther had stripped down to just a short shirt.
